Lychees are small in size with a deep red hard coarse skin. Its flesh is white and extremely sweet and has a very refreshing flavour. Each lychee has a single seed that varies in size. There are many varieties of Lychees and the cost depends on these varieties due to the quality and size of the internal seed. The Fay Zee Sui is said to be the best variety due to its larger sweeter size and miniature seed.
